Rules

  1. The competition is open to pupils and students of all types of school aged 6-26 years.
  2. The participant may not be an English native speaker.
  3. The participant must be the author of the contribution, copies or translations will not be accepted.
  4. The content of the entry must be in some way related to the topic, even if only indirectly. Any interpretation of the subject is welcome.
  5. The contribution can be written in any literary form (prose, poetry) and genre.
  6. A participant may submit up to two entries, each in a different literary form (prose, poetry).
  7. The submission must be sent to the competition via the online form on the competition pages. The form must be filled completelly.
  8. The contribution must respect the following limitations as regards the category to which it belongs:
    • Pupils and students aged 6-15 years: up to 300 words
    • Pupils and students aged 16-18: up to 500 words
    • Students aged 19-26: up to 700 words
  9. The deadline for the competition is midnight on February 14, 2018.
  10. Posts will be judged anonymously by an independent jury. The main benchmark will be literary quality, grammar will be taken into account in case of indecisive result.
  11. Winners will be contacted by e-mail or by phone, last week in March.
